What is learnCIE?
LearnCIE is a partnership between learnthings
ltd, the UK’s leading provider of quality
e-learning materials for school-age students and their
teachers, and University of Cambridge International
Examinations, one of the world’s leading
providers of examinations in 150 countries worldwide.
LearnCIE
is packed with digital learning materials for Checkpoint,
IGCSE, O Level and AS Level subjects matched to the
CIE syllabuses. The lessons, Lesson Plans and customisable
tests can be used on individual computers or whiteboards. |

Can I trial learnCIE?
Yes. If you have not previously trialled the service,
you can trial learnCIE revision materials
and Lesson Plans for one month.
If you are a Cambridge International Centre,

If you are a British Council-attached Centre, you must
not use this form, but should forward your request direct
to your parent Centre. |

What happens when the extended trial
finishes?
Before the end of your trial, you will be contacted
by a member of the learnCIE team who will ask if you
would like to subscribe to the service. If you would
like to subscribe, you can sign up immediately.
If you do not wish to subscribe, please let us know
by .
And we will then not contact you again unless you give
us permission to do so. |

How long does my subscription last?
Your subscription is valid from the date you are given access to the site. Full subscriptions are valid from 1st October. All subscriptions expire on 30th September regardless of whether a purchase has been made part way through the year. |

What happens if I take out a subscription
part way through the year?
Centres subscribing between October and December pay
the full annual fee. Centres subscribing between January
and March pay 75% of the annual fee and those subscribing
between April and September pay 50% of the total annual
fee. |

How much do learnCIE and the Test
Centre cost?
Prices are available on request. If you are a full Cambridge
International Centre, click the How to subscribe
button on the toolbar, and complete the online form.
If you are a British Council Attached Centre, please
contact your local British Council parent Centre. |

Can the subscription be paid by instalments?
Unfortunately there is no facility for paying the subscription
by instalments. Centres subscribing to learnCIE and/or
the Test Centre will be invoiced for the annual subscription (or
part, as above, if subscribing part way through the
year) for the Test Centre and/or learnCIE at the time
of ordering, and payment will be due within 28 days. |

How do I access the service?
Once you've subscribed or requested a free trial,
you will receive a username and a password, which you enter
on the learnCIE homepage. Please note that if you
have been making use of the free trial and then take
out a subscription, you will be sent a new password
to enable you to contine to use the service securely.
